Mumbai, November 3, 2026: Spark Capital Advisors said its Midas Fund II, a Category II Alternative Investment Fund (AIF), has achieved full subscription of its initial target corpus within about eight weeks of launch, driven by strong investor demand.
In response to the oversubscription, the Investment Manager has raised the fund size to ₹2,000 crore, which includes a greenshoe option of ₹1,000 crore.
