November 2018, Washington D.C. / New Delhi – The Association of Test Publishers, an international, non-profit organization representing providers of tests and assessment tools and services is pleased to announce plans and speakers for the second annual I-ATP conference, “Revamping Exam Standards in India: Improving Evaluation and Assessments of Higher Education and Professionals,” to be held 30 November 2018 at the Habitat Centre in New Delhi.  This year’s conference is being hosted by I-ATP in academic partnership with ACT.

Keynote Speaker for this event is Dr. Bhushan Patwardhan, Vice Chairman, University Grants Commission (UGC).  Dr. Patwardhan is a biomedical scientist who is Fellow of National Academy Sciences (India) and National Academy of Medical Sciences (India). He was Director, Interdisciplinary School of Health Sciences, at Savitribai Phule Pune University. He has been member of important national committees and policy making bodies including Taskforces of National Knowledge Commission, Planning Commission and consultant to the World Health Organization Geneva.

The one-day program on November 30thth, which is a non-fee event for delegates, will present sessions and workshops from event sponsors including The College Board, Internet Testing Systems, MeritTrac, Pearson VUE, Prometric and OpenEyes Software Solutions, as well as speakers from the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), Vantage Labs and Delhi University.
