The hotel is organizing a 10 day ‘Truck De India –Made In Punjab’ Food Festival from 27th September to 7thOctober, 2018 between 7.30 and 11 pm. Inspired from the traditional eateries – particularly the highway Dhabas – and their most relished dishes, this food festival will present culinary secrets from the heartlands of Punjab.

Addressing a press conference here on Thursday hotel’s Chef Ashish said “Punjabi Cuisine is one of the most distinct and popular Indian cuisines and comes from the region of Punjab situated partially in India and Pakistan. It offers a vast variety of delectable and exotic vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes that are prepared with varied traditional culinary styles, particularly the tandoori style. The use of fresh ingredients adds flavour to the dishes; make it a treat for the taste buds.”
Chef Ashish said ‘Truck De India – Made In Punjab’ will offer a wide range of Punjabi dishes to choose from – both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. The menu has some interesting vegetarian starters such as Paneer Tikka Jalandhari, Paneer Pakoda, Doodhi Broccoli, Phalhari Chaat, Pethiwali Tikki, Bhutta Kebab and Malai Soya Chaap. One can relish non vegetarian starters like Mogey Da Kukkad, Peshwari Murgh Malai Tikka, Bhatti Murgh, Chicken Pakoda, Meat Diya Seekhan, Kaleji Taka Tin, Machli Tikka and Talli Machli.
The main course will have flavoursome vegetarian dishes like Paneer Tikka Butter Masala, Dhaba Shahi Paneer, Sarson Bhindi, Vegetable Bhurji “NRI”, Mushroom Makhana Mattar, Soya Aloo Te Methi Keema, Amritsari Aloo Wadiyan, Punjabi Kadhi Pakoda and Makhmali Koftey and Sarson Da Saag Te Makkey Di Roti, Amritsari Choley Kulcha.
The non vegetarians can enjoy Butter Chicken, Pressure Cooker Ka Murgh, Murgh Tikka Masala, Saag Meat, Tariwala Meat and Keema Methi Mattar. The menu will also be supplemented by Dal Dhaba Fry, Dal Makkhan Wali, Rajma, Sada Rice, Jeera Rice, Mattar Pulao, Chicken Pulao, Makke Di Roti, Missi Roti, Parantha, Raita, Dahi Bhalley and Green Salad.
In order to complete the sumptuous meal the team of chefs will also be serving delectable sweet dishes including Kulfi Falooda, Tilla Kulfi, Gajar Halwa, Gulab Jamun and Gulab Ki Phirni.
