Three stocks to watch out for on February 16

The Indian markets on Wednesday ended in the red, where the Sensex ended down by 184 points; and the Nifty ended down by 68 points.  Meanwhile we identified three stocks which may spice up in February 16 trade:

SBI: The cabinet has approved the merger of the bank and its associates. The banking stock will react sharply to the news, on Thursday.

Tata Motors: Post its Q3 results, the stocks of the company are not having a good time on the bourses. The Sensex stock on Wednesday contributed more than 50% to the Sensex’s fall.

Nestle India :  The BSE 100 stock declared its Q3 numbers, which are not in line with the industry expectations. The stock may witness some action on Thursday.

Indian equities may witness a flat opening on Thursday, tracking subdued cues from Asian peers and strong closing of the Wall Street in overnight trade. Muted trend in the SGX Nifty, which were trading at 8,758.50, up by 4.50 points or 0.05 per cent, also indicated a flattish start for the markets.
