Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad kindled Christmas festivities in the city and got into the yuletide spirit with some special culinary artistry by its team of chefs.
The cynosure of the celebrations was a Christmas tree crafted entirely out of festive treats along with a Ginger Village, made of Ginger Bread complete with a functional windmill and toy train. The festivities were opened for display and lit up by children, who were awestruck by the visually delightful wonders created by the chefs.
The Christmas tree was handcrafted by our creative team of Chef’s, putting into use homemade Khari and cookies. Surrounded by Poinsettias and brightly lit up, this 12 foot giant is cheering all visitors. The fairy-tale, miniature village evoked a sense of fantasy and excitement for children, evident from their tweets. A look at this Ginger Village instantly connects one to the ‘Quixotic’ windmill and the quintessential toy train’. Mr. Gopinath Gopalan, General Manager at Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad said, “We are happy to see our patrons as well as the children, captivated by this inspiring work of art, accomplished by our team.”
