Bhopal : A meeting of the state cabinet chaired by Chief Minister Shivaj Singh Chouhan here decided to create new 7398 posts of patwari in revenue department to expiated the revenue work. At the time of examination, a process to appoint on all the past sanctioned posts and new created posts will be taken place. This will help redressing the revenue related cases at a greater pace.
Cabinet meeting decided that the services of the persons belonging to Keer, Meena and Pardhi community who have joined the government services getting reservation benefits before the central government notification of January 8, 2003 will not get effected. These persons will not be treated as scheduled tribe and they will not be entitled for reservation benefits after this date.
Time Scale to Employees getting Pay from Work Charge and Contingency Fund
Cabinet has decided to give time scale payment scheme benefits to the Employees getting Payment from Work Charge and Contingency Fund from January 1, 2016.
Also decision has been taken to increase the age limit of peons (D Category) working in Madhya Pradesh Finance Corporation from 60 to 62.
Rs. 1055 crore interest subsidies on 0 percent interest for loan change to farmers sanctioned
Cabinet has sanctioned an interest subsidy a total of Rs 1055 crore 1 lakh for the period of 2014-15 to 2018-19 to the natural disaster affected farmers on change of loan in order to make 0 percent interest effective.
Upgradtion of 684 Middle and High Schools
Sanction has been given to upgrade 584 middle schools to high schools and 100 high schools to the higher secondary schools by the cabinet. Also, besides 7056 posts an expense of Rs. 6000 per month per school has been sanctioned for school management.
By Cycle instead of amount
Cabinet has decided that cycle will be provided in instead of amount to all the eligible students pursuing studies in class 6th and 9th. Cycles will be purchased by the Laghu Udhyog Nigam through E- procurement. Moreover, it has been decided that model school Yojna of the state government will be continued in its new form. Sanction has been given for 4422 posts and payment arrangements, besides school grant to 201 schools and completion of model school bhavans have been sanctioned.
Moreover, the cabinet has decided to provide 3710 square meter government land on 1 crore 42 lakh 33 thousand premium amount on the basis of current financial year collector’s guidelines for construction of Karmachari Bhavishya Nidhi Sangathan office building and residential campus at Gwalior. Land will be allotted charging 5 percent on total area of residential campus and 7.5 percent lease on total land area for office building.
Over 26 crore sanctioned for Hockey Grounds
Cabinet has given sanction for Rs. 26 crore 3 lakh 54 thousand for laying astro turf in hockey grounds of 5 District/ Division head quarters in this year and for 20 posts on outsourcing basis in five places including Indore, Hoshangabad, Shivpuri, Mandsaur and Damoh.
Further cabinet has decided to increase the current 10 percent dividend to 20 percent dividend of the net income received through timber in Joint Forest management. This decision will bring an average financial burden of 35 crore on the state government.
Cabinet has given its approval to implement the Central government’s Integrated Power Development Scheme in the state. Under this scheme the sub transmission and distribution system will be strengthened in 309 towns and to decrease the AT &C loss besides installation of meters. 60 Percent grant will be borne by the central government whereas the balance sum will be arranged by the Distribution Company / State Government.
One time Settlement Date for Old loans extended
Cabinet has decided to extend the one time settlement date to February 28, 2017 for recovery of old loans by the Jila Sahkari Krishi Evam Gramin Vikas banks. This will be the final date and it will not be extended further.
Upgradation of 100 Nurseries
Cabinet has given administrative sanction for upgradation of 100 nurseries project of Horticulture and Food Processing department costing Rs. 92 crore 50 lakh in 5 years. Under this 90 nurseries will be upgraded by the department and the remaining 10 nurseries under PPP Mode.
New 9 Colleges sanctioned
Cabinet has sanctioned opening of new colleges at 9 places, beginning of new subjects at PG level in 8 existing government colleges and introduction of new faculties of Graduation level in 3 existing government colleges. For this 156 academic and 163 non academic, a total of 319 posts will be created. The 9 places includes Mehdwani of Dindori, Rawti and Namli of Ratlam, Silaodi of Katni, Dhoolkot and Kahknar of Burhanpur, Bheempur of Betul, Norajabad of Umaria and Gohparu of Shahdol.
Under 8 government colleges, Graduation college of Jhabua, Girls college Sidhi, Sailana College – district Ratlam , Mandideep college – Raisen, Tulsi College – Anuppur, Girls college – Dhar, Veersingh college – Pali and Kotma college – district Anuppur are included. Besides under 3 colleges Alot district Ratlam, Shahpur district Betul, Jaihtari district Anuppur are included.
Cabinet has also decided to allot 5.43 hectare land to the Power Grid Corporation for expansion of 765 KV Jablpur Pooling station at village Dharampura of Jabalpur district.
Interest amount sanctioned under Krishak Sahkari Rin Sahayta Yojna
Further, cabinet has sanctioned to provide interest amount as per the recommendations of Pariyojna Parikshan Samiti of Cooperatives Department under the Mukhyamantri Krishak Sahkari Rin Sahayta Yojna. Under the scheme 10 percent of the loan amount, maximum of Rs. 10 thousand per farmer per year is given for fertilizers and seeds for short term crop loans. A total of 539 crore 49 lakh of interest subsidy on Vastu Rin Vitran for Rabi 2015-16 and 2016-17 besides Kharif 2016 has been approved.
