Bhopal, 27 May 2016 : The city food lovers will witness a unique war – War Of Chefs – at Courtyard by Marriott this weekend (Friday, Saturday & Sunday). To be held at Hotel’s MoMo Cafe between 7 pm and 11 pm this event will present an opportunity to have well known dishes from Bhopal, Lucknow and Delhi cities. The chefs who will display their culinary art include Chef Ratan Kumar for Delhi dishes, Chef Mohemmed Faizal for Lucknowi dishes and Chef Arvind Pal for Bhopali dishes. These chefs will use special ingredients and specific menu to prepare such dishes that win the hearts of food lovers.

Talking to the media at a press conference Hotel’s Executive Chef Ajay Chaudhary informed that War of Chefs is a firsts of its kind event in Bhopal city which will witness the great heritage of royal dishes from Bhopal, Lucknow and Delhi. This will definitely take people to a tasteful journey in the past. Participating chefs are not only excellent at preparing the dishes in their domain but equally good at presenting them at table.

Chef Ajay further said that each chef will prepare four dishes each day during the weekend. This will include veg and non veg starters and main course. These dishes will be displayed with their city tags.The objective of this event is to offer the delicacies of these three famous city at a single place and time.

The Dishes

The guests will be served with Bhopal’s Chonke Methi Dal, Vegetable Dum Biryani, Bhopali gosht Korma and Keema Mashhoor Ka Pulao whereas from Lucknow Khatta Meetha Kaddu, Tale Aaloo Kaa Saalan, Murg Makhmali Seekh and Achari machhali would be served. Similarly those who love Delhi food would be able to taste Heeng Dal Kee Kachori, Soy Masal Chaapein, Dariyaganj Paneer Laajawab and Delhi Khaas Chicken. Besides the chefs will also serve various veg and non veg dishes to the guests.
