Turkish Airlines Celebrated 10th Year of its Operations in Mumbai

Turkish Airlines, Europe’s best airline for the fifth consecutive year*, celebrated 10 years of its operations in Mumbai, last week, at Mumbai International Airport with a series of events.

On the completion of 10 successful years of its operations from Mumbai, Turkish Airlines along with MIAL celebrated its 10th anniversary at Departure Terminal of Mumbai International Airport. The celebrations commenced by a cake cutting ceremony, led by Mr. Mehmet Akay, General Manager, Turkish Airlines along with Mr. Raveen Pinto , Vice President Aero Marketing , MIAL along with Turkish Airlines crew, airport staff and passengers.

The first passenger to board Turkish Airlines flight on 6th May 2016 from Mumbai got a big sized boarding card, marking the celebrations of Turkish Airlines 10 years of operations from Mumbai. All check-in counters of Turkish Airlines were decorated with beautiful standees.

Mr. Mehmet Akay, General Manager, Turkish Airlines, Mumbai said, ‘We are delighted to celebrate ten years of operations of Turkish Airlines in Mumbai.
