Chief Minister Chouhan announces honorarium
Bhopal : Leaving behind all important assignments, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan rushed to Ujjain tonight to take stock of damaged caused by rains and storm in Simhastha Mela area this afternoon. At local Rest House, he gave necessary directives after discussions with senior officers to restore all basic amenities at the earliest. He also held detailed discussions with officers responsible for Mela arrangements.
The Chief Minister said that despite 2 natural calamites within a week, government staff have shown unity, commitment and dedication to work to ensure success of Simhastha, which is highly admirable. All staff deployed in Simhastha will be given reward of Rs. 5 thousand each. Committed government staff not only discharged their duties well, but also set example for rendering service for 20 hours. Such government servants must be rewarded. He said that such divers and sanitary workers will also be selected for rewards.
