Courtyard by Marriott Raipur is all ready to host a ten days long authentic Street Food Of India Festival at its multi cuisine restaurant- MoMo Café between 7 to 11 pm from 14th of June onwards. This festival will offer a unique opportunity to Raipurites to taste a wide array of mouth-watering street dishes from across India.

Addressing a press conference here on Thursday to announce the Street Food Of India Festival Rajneesh Kumar, general manager, Courtyard by Marriott Raipur said “Indian street food is a blend of sweet and sour and spicy and tangy flavours —all often in one dish — and the variety of textures. We have brought together different cuisines under one roof. This would definitely be a great experience for our guests. Besides serving wide variety of authentic food we are also going to create street like ambience in our dining area to enhance the experience.”
Jitendra Singh Rathore, executive chef, Courtyard Marriott Raipur said “We have curated a very special menu for this food festival. The menu includes signature dishes of different Indian States. Some of them include Litti Chokha from Bihar, Dabeli from Gujarat and Pav Bhaji from Mumbai. We have also included Punjabi Chhole Kulche, Pani puri, Dahi Bhalla, bread omelette and kadhahi kachouri. There will also be live counters where guests can order dishes of their choice.”
