Good oral and dental hygiene can help prevent bad breath, tooth decay and gum disease—and helps keep the teeth stronger even as one gets old. An unhealthy mouth, especially in case a person is suffering from a gum disease, may increase the risk of serious health problems such as heart attack, stroke, poorly controlled diabetes and preterm labor. They were also provided with free mouth wash samples.

School of Dental Sciences, Sharda University is committed to the mission of “Oral Health for All by 2020” that aims to spread awareness regarding the importance of oral health and curb the attitude of neglect which is one of the major causes for dental diseases.
