Indiabulls Housing Finance on Wednesday said it has raised Rs 510 crore through issue of non-convertible debentures (NCDs).
Last year on October 21, the company’s board had authorised it to issue debentures.
“The company has today..alloted secured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures of face value of Rs 10 lakh each aggregating to Rs 510 crore,” it said in a regulatory filing.
Indiabulls Housing Finance plans to raise another Rs 275 crore through NCDs.
Shares of the company on Wednesday closed at Rs 643.80 apiece on BSE, down by 0.36%.
