Chinese electronics manufacturer Huawei has just launched their own e-commerce store for selling their Honor range of smartphones.
The website has been set up in partnership with Vision Distribution, and apart from serving as an additional point for buying their smartphones, the website aims to garner feedback from customers while incorporating systems that enable the brand to respond to buyer feedback to be able to determine future product launch strategies.
The launch of this store does not detract from their existing sales channels but will instead fillip their ability to make products available to more potential customers. Honor’s current online sales partnerships include Flipkart and Amazon India.
The company is expected to offer several deals on this newly-launched web platform, a strategy that is expected to help drive their sales onward during this year. On this site is several of their popular phones including the Honor Bee, Honor 7 as well as the flagship Huawei-manufactured Nexus 6P.
Huawei, with their winning Honor 5X mid-range handset from the last year, managed to clock a handset sales target of 108 million in 2015.
