Tata Sky, a content distribution platform, has rolled out its latest TVC featuring superstar Amitabh Bachchan. The new campaign was launched alongside their latest interactive service ‘Tata Sky Acting Adda’ powered by FTheCouch (FTC).
Conceptualized by Ogilvy & Mather, the ad consists of a series of four TVCs. The first TVC shows how Bachchan was unsuccessful in playing the role of Ram and was given the role of a tree. He later gets to know about Tata Sky Acting Adda, after which, he tries to learn acting. The last TVC shows the transformation of Bachchan to a good actor with the help of Tata Sky Acting Adda. He goes on to give the audition so powerfully that he bags the role of a Raavan in the play. The series shows how Bachchan is transformed into a confident actor with Tata Sky Acting Adda classes. The campaign ends with a tagline ‘Bade Break ka Bada Manch’.
