Bengaluru Marriott Hotel, Whitefield unveiled the much anticipated signature restaurant, Whitefield Bar and Grill (WBG) on April 04, 2016. The pool-side restaurant offers guests with an ideal location to sit back and unwind in the relentless summer heat, while enjoying palatable tandoors & grills and satiating drinks.
With a rustic ambience that exudes serenity, the restaurant aims at making guests forget the hustle bustle of daily life and bask in the relaxing atmosphere. The tandoors & grills on offer complement the mood by providing a range of exotic delicacies that will entice the taste buds of every guest.
The cuisine comprises delicious tandoors & grills and offers a luxurious spread of salads, starters, burgers and desserts. Mouth-watering grills like half baby spring chicken, drumstick “tangri” kebab, salmon, lamb shoulder kebab, beef sirloin and portobello mushroom are available to guests, along with other delicious preparations like Vallombrosa burrata salad, Kerala coast green lip mussels, pulled pork burger, grilled beef burger and grilled chicken burger.
WBG has a seating capacity of 62 pax and is operational from 5 pm onwards Monday to Friday and 12 pm onwards on Saturday and Sunday starting today. The restaurant intends to combine the best of grills with sassy cocktails and a soothing environment to create the perfect dining experience.
Speaking on the launch of the restaurant, Nicholas Dumbell, General Manager said, “We are excited to launch WBG, the signature restaurant at Bengaluru Marriott Hotel, Whitefield, which offers an irresistible range of tandoors and grills with a poolside ambience. Our endeavor is to bring some of the perfectly cooked grilled cuisines to the people dining at the restaurant and provide a relaxing getaway from the commercial bustle of the city. We intend to provide an unforgettable dining experience to guests, which they will relish for a long time.”
Bengaluru Marriott Hotel, Whitefield was launched in February 2013 and has commanded a sustained growth in business since its inception. The hotel has attracted a considerable amount of expatriate guests and is steadily increasing its presence amongst people travelling within the country as well. The new restaurant will target guests lodging at the hotel as well as the people of Bengaluru.
